HOW TO USE OUR AFTER-HOURS NUMBER

 

Late? Or need to cancel your date last minute due to an emergency?

 

Keep in mind that working with the busy people we do, we understand that emergencies can happen. If you find yourself in this situation and are unable to attend a date, or are running late, please give us a call as soon as possible. Our office is open Mon-Thurs 9-6 and Friday 9-5. If it outside of our office hours and you have an emergency, we do have an after-hours support line. This line is for same-day or weekend cancellations that take place after office hours or over the weekend.

This after-hours number can also be used if something comes up at the restaurant and you are having trouble connecting with your date. This rarely happens, but if you find yourself in this situation we’d be able to help you get connected. Keep in mind that this number is not answered during normal business hours, it’s for after-hours support only. If you are simply running late for the date, please call ahead to the restaurant and ask the host to let the other person know that you are on your way.

 

Unless an emergency has taken place, it is inappropriate to cancel with less than 24 hours notice.
